Gold - $2,000
Green Fees for 4 players and 2 tee signs with company logo name (1 set on each course) and reserved seating at the luncheon. Logo Advertisement in Banquet Power Point presentation included.  Each Golfer will receive (1) pair of golf shoes & (2) drink tickets.

Silver - $1,600
Green Fees for 4 players and 2 tee signs with company logo name (1 set on each course). Logo Advertisement in Banquet Power Point presentation included.  Each Golfer will receive (1) pair of golf shoes & (2) drink tickets.

Bronze - $1,200
Green Fees for 4 players and 1 tee sign with company name. Logo Advertisement in Banquet Power Point presentation included.  Each Golfer will receive (2) drink tickets.

Individual Player $400
Green Fees for 1 player, each Golfer will receive (2) drink tickets.

Contributions and event purchases paid to NPFMA to participate in the Annual Charity & Scholarship Golf Tournament may not be deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes, but may be deductible as a business expense.  Please contact your tax professional for further clarification.
