Web-based training description

Building codes are regulations governing design, construction, alteration, and maintenance of structures.  They are the foundation for community resilience.  This web-based training will provide an overview of the building code pertaining to earthquake effects on buildings and underline the importance of code adoption and enforcement.  This web-based training also highlights why the information is important to emergency managers, decision makers, and the general public.
