Leadership Development Series - October 2016

As part of our mission as your Board of Directors to have a positive impact on the facility management industry here in Southern Nevada, we have created a leadership series to help you and your key employees develop the skills necessary to become the most dynamic leaders possible.  Some of the key skills that you will develop are communication, giving presentations and managing your teams.  This series will build on the skills discussed so it is best to attend all four high performance filled sessions.  The curriculum is as follows:
