Beginning June 1, 2020, the Russell Campus Building Lobby will be open to customers for limited face-to-face service on an appointment only basis.

For customers who submitted their application for permits non-electronically, including paper drawings and other documents with the application, will be required to complete the processes through permit issuance by submitting corrections on paper and picking up the approved paper drawings with the permit in our lobby by scheduling an appointment.
