Good Morning,
This email is to inform you of the progress related to the proposed ordinance amendment that would amend various provisions of LVMC Chapter 6.95 and Title 19.12 to include cannabis consumption lounges and repeals LVMC Chapter 6.96 in its entirety.
The bill was heard at the Recommending Committee meeting held on Monday, January 30th, 2023 and was approved as a First Amendment with the suggested amendments read at the Monday, January 17th, 2023 and Monday, January 30th, 2023 Recommending Committee meetings. Please note the bill is now eligible for adoption at the Wednesday, February 15th, 2023 City Council meeting. We will continue to keep you updated as to the progress of this bill.
