You are hereby given notice that the Division of Industrial Relations
of the Department of Business and Industry, State of Nevada (Division)
will conduct a public hearing on proposed permanent regulations amending
Chapter 455C of the Nevada Administrative Code (NAC). The public hearing
on these proposed regulations will be conducted by Webex on
March 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. There is no physical location for this virtual
meeting, as allowed by Nevada’s Open Meeting Law, NRS Chapter
241. Members of the public may attend and participate in this meeting
