Good Morning,

This email is to inform you of the progress related to the proposed ordinance amendment that would amend various provisions of LVMC Chapter 6.95 and Title 19.12 to include cannabis consumption lounges and repeals LVMC Chapter 6.96 in its entirety.

This bill was introduced on Wednesday, January 4th, 2023 at City Council. 

The bill was then heard at the Recommending Committee meeting on Tuesday, January 17^th, 2023.  The item was held in abeyance to Monday, January 30^th, 2023. 

As a result, please note there will be a hearing on the bill at the Recommending Committee meeting on Monday, January 30^th, 2023 at 10 a.m. at City Council Chambers.
