Cancellations must be received in writing by deadline date to receive refund. Substitutions are welcome. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not received. Fax and emailed reservations are considered firm and unpaid no-shows will be billed (Including Members). Member walk-ins will also be billed at the door.
